Manager Co-Pilot
Day-to-day management
Keeps your calendar, deadlines, and commitments in sync — and flags what needs your attention before it becomes a problem.
Artist Intel replaces the service layer — PR, manager, booking agent, marketer, promoter — with a team of AI agents and world-class education, so independent artists can run their careers from one place.
Artist Intel runs on a framework Kevin Mitchell practiced for three decades, from college radio to Def Jam to independent labels: convergence recognized early. Position taken before the market validates. Infrastructure built in the gap. These are its working diagrams — the same visuals taught inside the Academy.
A major-label team used to cost a fortune and a record deal. Artist Intel gives you five specialist agents that work your career around the clock — and every move they make waits for your approval.

You stay the artist. Your agents do the legwork — nothing goes out under your name without your say.
A release, a tour, a sync placement, a bigger audience — you set the target and the timeline.
Your five agents break the goal into campaigns, pitches, and deadlines — one coordinated plan, not five disconnected tools.
Review every pitch and plan before it ships. You keep creative control and 100% of your rights — the team works for you.
Kevin Mitchell's career runs from college radio — where he became the first Black program director of WMUA 91.1 FM — to Def Jam, where he served as assistant to Lyor Cohen and rose to National Director of Alternative Promotions.
In 1997 he founded Codeine Records and took Lord Tariq & Peter Gunz's “Déjà Vu (Uptown Baby!)” to a Top Ten pop hit, then managed Nappy Roots to a platinum debut and two Grammy nominations.
Today he leads National Brand Group and teaches at Emerson College — and built Artist Intel to give independent artists the team he spent a career being part of.
No. Artist Intel is not a distributor and does not replace yours. Keep your DistroKid, TuneCore, or label services deal — Artist Intel works alongside your distributor and handles everything distribution doesn't: the team, the strategy, and the education around your releases.
Yes — 100%. Your masters, your publishing, your name. Artist Intel is a service layer that works for you; it never takes ownership of your music or your catalog.
Independent artists and artist-entrepreneurs at any genre or stage who are running their own careers — releasing music without a label team, or building the team they can't yet afford to hire.
